The Ice Palace Vityaz Cultural and Sports Complex is located in picturesque Podolsk, Moscow Oblast, Russia. This modern sports facility, opened on March 18, 2000, plays a significant role in the sports and cultural life of the region.
The Ice Palace Vityaz is a multifunctional complex that can accommodate up to 5,500 spectators. Its total area is 15,785.6 square meters, including a training center measuring 5,417.4 square meters. The arena is equipped with a standard hockey rink (30x60 meters), a modern LED scoreboard and a video cube, which is ideal for holding major sporting events and training sessions.
Over the years of its existence, the Ice Palace Vityaz has become the venue for many major events and hosted famous teams. From 2013 to 2022, the Vityaz Continental Hockey League club was based here, returning to Podolsk from Chekhov. The Russian Knights Youth Hockey League teams also played at this arena, and in different years, the MVD Hockey Club and the Rys Hockey Club performed here. In addition, the palace served as a film set for popular TV series such as Molodezhka.
