Kamila Valieva returned to the ice thanks to Navka

Fans were worried, and debates about whether Valieva would be able to participate at least in ice shows did not subside. If he can, what opportunities exist for performing while disqualified? Many believed that Camila could not withstand such a blow and would end her career. After all, a four-year break – an unreasonably long period for big sport.

Fortunately, at the beginning of summer, official sources Navka Show announced that Valieva will perform in the production of “Ruslan and Lyudmila”. The shows will run until October 2, and Camila will have the opportunity to prove herself on the ice. July 22 in Sochi Park it was a full house – Valieva returned to the ice in front of an enthusiastic audience. At the same time, she entered the university, so she could not appear on the show earlier. The stands in Sochi rejoiced, welcoming the figure skater, who brilliantly played the role of Lyudmila. She proved herself both as an athlete and as a talented actress. Upon her return, Kamila avoided difficult elements, deciding to gradually gain confidence on the ice.

Valieva’s partner in this show was the bronze medalist of the World Championships in pair skating, Alexander Enbert, with whom she looked great. The performances of this couple were staged personally by Tatyana Navka. She became a real fairy godmother for Camila, allowing her to perform again. We can only hope that thanks to the ice shows, the famous figure skater will survive these four difficult years and return to the big sport.
