Schedule of figure skating competitions in Russia for 2024

The Figure Skating Federation actively works to maintain the high level of excellence and quality in our distinguished figure skating school. Regional and federal levels organize events and competitions, giving each athlete the opportunity to express themselves and improve their results. In this material we will provide the dates of key competitions and tournaments in Russia for 2024.

The 2023/24 season will begin with the Russian Jumping Championships, which will be held in Moscow from January 19 to 22. The next event will be the Russian Championship in Saransk from February 5 to 9. The Spartakiad of the strongest athletes and the final stage of the Russian Grand Prix will be held in Magnitogorsk from February 14 to 18. Sochi will host the IV Spartakiad of Russian Students from February 18 to 22.

At the beginning of March (March 1-4) a significant event will take place in St. Petersburg – «Channel One Cup». Here, as at the Grand Prix stage, competitions will be held among the best athletes in the country. In less than a week, the same city will host the tournament of the show program "Russian Challenge". Sochi from March 13 to 16 will host the Junior Grand Prix Final – All-Russian final competition "Fed Cup". The 2023/24 season will conclude with the "Russian Championship among girls and boys", which will be held from April 1 to 5 in the city of Kazan.

The 2026 Russian Grand Prix will conclude in Omsk with the "Heart of Siberia" tournament.

From November 13 to 16, 2026, Omsk will host the fifth stage of the Russian Grand Prix of Figure Skating, "Heart of Siberia." The final tournament of the series will determine the final spots in the final.

"Gold of the Urals" 2026: Fourth leg of the Russian Grand Prix to be held in Yekaterinburg

From November 6 to 9, 2026, the UMMC Arena in Yekaterinburg will host the fourth leg of the Russian Grand Prix of Figure Skating, "Gold of the Urals." Athletes will face an important battle for ranking points and the series final.

3 August

Krasnoyarsk, the third leg of the 2026 Russian Grand Prix, will bring the strongest figure skaters to the ice in Krasnoyarsk.

From October 30 to November 2, 2026, the Kristall Arena will host the third leg of the Russian Grand Prix of Figure Skating. The Krasnoyarsk tournament will offer spectators spectacular performances and intense competition.

3 August

The Nevsky Ice tournament, the second stage of the Russian Grand Prix, will be held in St. Petersburg

From October 22 to 26, 2026, the Yubileiny sports complex will host the Nevsky Ice tournament. The second stage of the Russian Figure Skating Grand Prix will continue the fight of the country's strongest athletes to reach the finals of the series.

3 August

The first leg of the Russian Grand Prix, "Ice Rhapsody," will be held in Nizhny Novgorod.

The "Ice Rhapsody" tournament will open the 2026/2027 Russian Grand Prix of Figure Skating season from October 16 to 19. The country's best athletes will present new programs and begin their quest for a spot in the final.
