Figure Skating Competition Calendar 2025/2026
This season we are again watching the stages of the Russian Grand Prix in figure skating, which traditionally opened with the skaters' test skates. Each has its own name related to the venue. In the 2025/2026 season, these are: «Stars of Magnitka», «Krasnoyarye», «Idel-2025», «Golden Skate of Moscow», and «Heart of Siberia». The Russian Grand Prix Final will be held in Chelyabinsk. At each stage, skaters compete in men’s and women’s single and pair skating, and ice dance, presenting their free programs and more.
Another important event will be the Russian Figure Skating Championships, which will be held in St. Petersburg. The final sporting events of the season will be the «Commonwealth Cup» in Minsk and the show program tournament «Russian Challenge». Also, in March 2026, the Channel One Cup in figure skating is planned.
